  • How accurate does my measurement need to be?

    Close is fine. If you measured at the water that's perfect — if you're working from memory or a photo, give us your best estimate and we'll follow up if we need anything more specific.

  • How do I measure my fish?

  • What if I already released the fish?

    Most of our customers have. A clear photo from your phone is all we need to match your coloring accurately. Side profile is most useful, top and belly shots help too. Video screenshot works fine.

  • How long does it take?

    Most orders are delivered within 3–4 weeks from order date. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

  • What's included in a standard order?

    Your hand-finished replica and an invisible wall hanger — clean, modern, nothing extra on the wall. Engraved plaques are available as an add-on.

  • What's the guarantee exactly?

    If the quality isn't right when your order arrives, contact us and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no runaround, no questions.

  • What species do you offer?
